Activated Breathwork

After a time of intense illness and searching for answers in all the wrong places, one of the most powerful healing modalities I found was activated breathwork. A long-form, healing practice facilitated lying down (either in person or over zoom), this experience involves a session of active breathing, incorporation of brief breath retentions followed by an extended period of simply relaxing back into the rhythm of normal breath where the body can recalibrate. This modality will trigger your body to release its own DMT providing enhanced clarity and may include physical sensations, release of pain, emotions and stuck energy. If you suffer from anxiety, feel free to ask any questions beforehand - but this work is not a hindrance to it - in fact, I found it greatly alleviated mine.
